That's some seriously overplucked eyebrow going on there. If he ever gets into magic, he'd gravitate towards doing mentalism (like David Berglas or Max Maven). Mentalists save a fortune on props, but end up spending it on mascara.

Ming wouldn't be seen dead in that vile denim jacket. I think you've actually got a pic of Ming's slightly less well known (but just as Evil) Bambi-Killer (good one klee - I thought it looked like Bambi's coffin) brother: Mong.
He's actually Spock's evil alternate universe self... hence the beard.
